After watching the owners of Mistero wrestle with the challenges of renovating the location in preparation for opening their new restaurant, after stopping in about once per month for a year to check progress, it’s been a great joy to breath a sigh of relief and say, “Wow, they’re open and very well worth the wait.” I can only imagine how they must feel.
