As Promised…

Well, it’s taken some time, but the studio is about 95% repainted.  There’s some detail work yet to be done, but the temperatures have been low enough to prevent the last details being completed until spring now.   Of course, one of the little details we like about this location is the flower beds along the entire front and east side, but we had to traipse all through those to scrape and paint, place ladders and all that has to be done, so we passed on the fall plantings.

Anyway, with the rhododendron and large lawn out front, the green paint acted almost as camouflage.  That shouldn’t be an issue any more.  If you’ve been by the studio lately, you’ll know what I mean.  It’s electric!

So come on in! Take advantage of our excellent photography and visit the oldest building in New Wilmington, ca. 1820 (but with the newest paint).  We understand we may also be one of the oldest in all of Lawrence and Mercer counties, making Behm Photographics, with our state of the art digital technology and this building, a very special and unique blend of the oldest and newest, all in one place!
